After careful consideration, I have decided to leave YTB, due to the lawsuits in California and Illinois and the new business model YTB is going to launch next year, I am moving on. YTB was a great company but has made some mistakes that they may be held accountable for now. I have found an alternative to YTB that I believe is a much better opportunity at a much lower price. Traverse Travel. They have great member trips available as soon as you join which are deeply discounted, a website just as good as YTB if not better, and from now until the end of August you can become an RTA for only $119.95. Traverse is the company YTB had hoped to become. You’re clients also have the option of booking with Celebrity Cruises and Royal Caribbean, as they still do business with Traverse.

I wish all the best to my friends still in YTB and I hope that the company fares well in California and Illinois, but why pay $500 for something that you can get for $119.95?
So there you are day to day, waking up with the alarm clock and starting at zero once again, you don’t work - you don’t get paid. How many hours would you need to work in your current job to make enough money to be financially free? 40 hours a week? 60? 200? 2000? If you’re the average person you’re making between $40,000 and $60,000 a year and you’re getting nowhere fast. Just more debt, less fun and wondering how in the world you got here.
Wouldn’t it be better if you could get paid off of other people’s efforts? Have a YTB team of 10, 100 or 1000 people working for you and earning a percentage of their success? Well you can. It’s one of the most misunderstood concepts in business today, the wealthy understand it and it’s what keeps 98% of the population dead broke.
Take a few minutes to learn just how powerful this can be for you and your family.
Before Peter Jensen joined YTB he got up every day and went to a 9 to 5 job just like most Americans today. He felt like his wheels were spinning, “there was no residual income, I started at zero every day” he says.
One day he want to lunch with Camaron Corr, a buddy of his who was the National Training Director for YTB , he wound up having lunch with YTB founders J Lloyd Tomer and Scott Tomer and an hour lunch turned into a five hour lunch. He was impressed that the YTB management team was active, they didn’t just sit in an office waiting for the money to roll in. he also loved the product. “you’ve go to have a product that can stand alone without the business opportunity” Peter says. Travel meets that criterion.
Since joining YTB travel about 4 years ago Peter has become one of YTB’s top income earners. He is currently a level 5 YTb Director, and one of the Circle of Champions million dollar earners. peter has named his team “Team MVP”. Jensen knows something about teamwork. he grew up playing football and enjoyed a successful college career as a quarterback for Iona College, and played a brief stint for the NY Giants and the NY Jets.
What he learned in football stands at the core of Peter’s success ” Network Marketing is the ultimate team sport”.
YTB has allowed Peter to free up who he is as an individual to go out and focus more on people other than himself and that has really been fantastic.

The YTB business model seems like an easy way to build a large team and earn unlimited income, but just how easy is it? When I first joined YTB I thought it was game over. I figured almost everyone I know would see the big picture about YTB and would be pounding down my door to jump on board. Turns out not everyone I showed the YTB business to was as excited as I was. Out of the 20 or so people in my warm market that I presented the YTB opportunity to only 1 joined. I was shocked, I was told you only needed 3 for your YTB first team and then help them each get one and move into your power team. I figured I could do that in a week. Then a few more in my power team and it would be off to the mailbox to wait for the checks.
Most people don’t realize just how much work is involved with being successful in YTB or any other home business. With all the promises of riches in days being sent into our inbox, we actually start to believe that we can become rich overnight. After a few months and not much results, we think we got scammed and it’s the companies fault, or our sponsors fault. Success with YTB is very possible for most, but it’s usually a 2 to 5 year journey. If it were as easy as we would like it to be, everyone would be financially free. YTB takes work, hard work. But YTB is not as difficult as most people make it. It requires skills that few posses when first taking the plunge from being an employee to entrepreneur. The good news is that anyone can develop these skills if they just try, but it doesn’t happen overnight.
The systems are in place and with hard work and perseverance you will succeed. YTB makes it easier than most companies to get to the money and that’s great news for you and me. So put your head down, press forward and don’t quit and it will be more rewarding than you ever thought possible. Do what most won’t do today so you can do what most can’t tomorrow.
Juliet St John lives a lifestyle that many people would choose, but for which few would have the stamina.
A self-described workaholic, she often spends 16 hours a day investing in herself and those she mentors. Her home, she says is on an airplane. She visits an average of 18 cities in a month. She started her business in 2004 and was doing it for her children as she has done most things in her life. Juliet St John was a single mother who wanted to give her children everything they needed even if it meant sacrificing her own needs. Juliet St John was working as a telecommunications consultant and had one child in a special needs school and her other child in college. despite her hard work she didn’t have enough money to pay for her children’s needs and her own bills, Juliet St John made a choice most others would have not. She got a pillow and a blanket and spent about a year living in her car.
When she started with YTB Juliet St John just wanted to make enough to afford a place to live. Juliet attended a YTB training in 2004 and was immediately motivated. Juliet St John decided that even if one tenth of what YTB was saying was true, it would be game over for her. It was 100% true.
Juliet St John is now a Level 6 YTB Director, and has earned over one million dollars in a 12 month period. Juliet does not take credit for her success, she credits her team. Juliet St John has only personally recruite 18 people, which has exploded to a team of over 50,000.
Even though she works harder than most Juliet takes a month off every year to travel with her children. Juliet St John makes more money than she can spend or her family needs, so the only reason why she is working is to help others change their lives.
Her goal is to be number 11 in YTB, she wants the top 10 people to be from her team.

What separates the winners from the losers in YTB? When you look at the business model, on the surface it seems really easy. Who wouldn’t want to get paid to travel, make money when your family and friends travel and make money teaching others how to do the same? Do you know anyone who doesn’t like to take vacations? I don’t. Most people save all year to take that 1 week vacation, and they talk about it for weeks before and weeks after. So why do so many people fail?
Let me ask you a question, if you were just starting out in your job today, and you showed up at work with no training at all with something you’ve never done before, how well do you think you would do? Probably not very. YTB is no different. Actually it’s even harder. You need to develop the skills needed to succeed in a home based business, and that requires work. Hard work. But the results are worth more than you could ever imagine.
YTB has made it easy for you to earn money due to how well the compensation plan was developed. The chips are stacked in your favor, once you get some training. How do you get that training? That’s where I come in. You get plugged into the YTB Team Success training program, but in order to get started you need 2 things.
1. A desire to change your life.
2. A commitment to your education.
YTB Team Success can help you succeed, but you need to do the work. YTB Team Success can help you build your business but you need to do the trainings, YTB Team Success will give you 100% but you need to give yourself 100% also.
YTB Team Success can give you all the skills needed to change your families financial future forever, but you need to take the first step. Our success depends on your success.

Rick Ricketts joined YTB Travel in August 2002 when he went to St Louis to meet the company founders. The business seemed to be a natural fit to the Ricketts because they liked to travel so much. When they first started with YTB Travel, the Ricketts goal was to earn enough so Rick could quit the telephone service business. They did so in 6 months.
After 5 years with YTB Travel Rick Ricketts is a level 5 director and makes over $1,000,000 per year. The key to their success with YTB Trave,l Rick says, is they believe that they are doing people a favor by telling them about YTB Travel.
Rick has a 6000 square foot training center for YTB Travel in Clearwater Florida, where they do YTB Travel presentations and trainings. Rick’s motto is “I get up every day looking for someone who is looking for me”.
But the thing they like the most about all their success is the legacy they will leave behind for their family.
YTB Travel is the perfect opportunity for those who desire to make an unbelievable income. Just ask Rick.
